- Clog-resistant design:
The discharge port is large, reducing the concern of clogging and enabling stable operation.
- High durability:
The main body is made of ABS resin with excellent chemical resistance, and SUS301 leaf springs are used. This structure is resistant to deterioration even during long-term use.
- Supports a wide range of air flow rates:
Because the opening degree of the discharge port is determined by the balance between the supplied air pressure and the elastic force of the Vibration Diffuser, this product can support a wide range of air flow rates.
- Backflow prevention function:
When air supply stops, the Vibration Diffuser blocks the discharge port and prevents wastewater from flowing back.
- Suppresses adhesion:
The resonance of the Vibration Diffuser caused by supplied air, together with bubbles generated from the lower side of the diffuser, forms an air screen around the main body and prevents solids and slime from adhering.
