Duct Flange
This is a flange for PVC ducts.
This product is attached by welding or heat welding to the pipe end, and is fastened to the mating flange with bolts.
Because it can be disassembled by removing the bolts, attachment and removal are easy during inspection, cleaning, or repair work.
By attaching this product to a VU pipe or duct pipe and converting it to a flange connection, the position can be checked by temporary assembly on site. If necessary, the bolts can be removed to finely adjust the length, angle, or installation position, and then the flange can be fastened again.
This helps make equipment connection and installation adjustment smoother, and contributes to improved efficiency in duct piping work.
This product is made of PVC, is lightweight, and has excellent chemical resistance.
ダクトフランジ
管端に溶接（溶着）して取り付け、相手フランジとボルトで締結します。
ボルトを外せば分解できるため、点検・清掃・改修時の脱着が容易です。
VU管やダクト管に取り付けてフランジ接続化することで、現場では仮組みで位置を確認し、必要に応じてボルトを外して長さや角度、取り付け位置を微調整して再締結できます。
これにより機器接続や据付調整がスムーズになり、ダクト配管工事の効率向上に役立ちます。
塩ビ製で軽量、耐薬品性に優れています。
