This PVC damper is used for air intake and exhaust in ventilation ducts.
■Operation Method
1. Airflow adjustment is performed using the handle. The indicator plate shows "O" for open and "S" for closed. Holding the handle releases the stopper, allowing rotation. Adjust the handle to the required airflow and release it. At this point, lightly move the handle without gripping it to confirm that the stopper is engaged.
2. When operating a blower for the first time, ensure that the damper is fully open before starting the blower. Operating the blower in the closed position may cause the blades to crack due to air pressure, so caution is required.
■Installation Method
If there is dust or debris inside the damper socket or on the surface of the duct pipe to be bonded, wipe it off. Apply adhesive to both the damper socket and the pipe section to be inserted, then insert it all the way into the socket. Be sure not to get adhesive on the blades.
ボリュームダンパー（S型）
■操作方法
1）風量調整は、ハンドルによって行います。表示板でOが開、Ｓが閉となります。ハンドルを握ることでストッパーが解除され、回転させることができます。必要とされる風量にハンドルを合わせ、手を離します。この時、ハンドルを握らない状態で軽く動かし、ストッパーがかかっているか確認してください。
2）初めて送風機などを動かす場合は、全開の状態にしてから、送風機などを動かしてください。閉の状態で送風機などを動かすと、風圧により羽根が割れる恐れがありますので、注意してください。
■取り付け方法
ダンパーのソケット内部、及び接着するダクト配管のパイプ表面にゴミや埃があれば拭き取り、ダンパーのソケット部、及び差し込むパイプ部分に接着剤を塗布し、ソケットの奥まで差し込んでください。この時、羽根には絶対に接着剤が付かないように注意してください。
