Blower Inspection Kit

This is a measuring instrument used to diagnose abnormalities in a blower.

1. Connection to the blower
Attach the prefabricated joint body cap at the bottom of the air flow meter to the body section on the fine adjustment air valve, shown as (1) in the photo.

Attach the prefabricated joint body cap of the flexible hose to the body section on the left side of the pressure gauge, shown as (2) in the photo, and connect it to the blower using the pipe section at the tip.

2. Measurement
Operate the blower, adjust the air flow rate from the blower using the fine adjustment air valve, and check the pressure at the specified air flow rate.

If the relationship between the air flow rate and pressure deviates from the blower performance curve, deterioration or failure of internal blower parts may be possible.
